Responsibilities
- Research medical, dental, and vision providers online using approved websites
- Collect and validate providers’ addresses, bios, education, certifications, awards, and memberships using approved resources
- Research conflicting data points to determine the correct information. For example, if two sites show different addresses for the provider, the Data Entry Specialist will need to conduct additionalresearch to locate the most accurate information
- Update Rightwayís proprietary database with validated information
- Work through a targeted list of providers that are prioritized by region and specialty and hit defined KPI targets for profile completions per week
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Monitor performance, attendance and do admin tasks

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong research skills and a curiosity to uncover additional information
- Data Entry Skills
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with continuous process improvement and change as Rightway is growing and evolving
- Atleast 1 year exp as supervisory, team leader exp

- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- Atleast 1 year exp as supervisory, team leader exp
- US healthcare experience up to one year preferred such as credentialing
