Responsibilities
- Defining equitable, competitive and fair compensation and benefits packages that are in accordance with Connext business goals and strategies
- Identifying and recommending creative compensation and benefits packages to assist the profitable acquisition and retention of top caliber talent
- Using various techniques and methods for making decisions on direct and indirect financial compensations as well as nonfinancial compensations
- Ensuring that all compensation practices comply with current legislation (e.g. DOLE, human rights, fair pay, equity etc.)
- Developing consistent compensation policies in accordance with Connext organizational objectives and work culture
- Conducting ongoing research about emerging trends, competitive activity and defined best practices
- Conducting internal/external surveys for the purpose of determining benefits and pay rates
- Assessing the needs of employees by conducting organizational psychology surveys for finding out what engages and motivates them
- Conducting audits on a regular basis, preparing comprehensive reports and analysis
- Deploying sound communication strategies and measuring effectiveness by success metrics
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience of conducting labor market and organizational psychology surveys
- Familiarity with current labor rules/regulations
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills
Screening Criteria
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- 3+ years experience in benchmarking, analysis, and competitive or market research
- At least 90% in Math and Logic Exam
- Experience in presenting research results and recommendations to executives
