Responsibilities
- Prepares the financial statements for the assigned dealership and related entities
- Prepares a complete financial statement monthly according to dealership guidelines and the manufacturer’s format and time frame
- Interprets and analyzes the general ledger continuously
- Keeps the dealer, corporate staff, and the managers informed of trends and problem areas
- Prepares annual budgets for the dealership
- Meets the management once a month to review the financial statement, pointing out any conditions which should be improved
- Coordinates annual audit (or review) and physical inventory
- Maintains loss reserves for contingent liabilities and trade receivables
- Automates all possible systems and establishes controls
- Prepares daily management reports and other reports as needed
- Maintains a professional appearance
Qualifications
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating with clients directly
- Has high attention to details
- Can do overtime during the busy season
- Willing to create process documents when needed
- Can easily adapt to changes
Screening Criteria
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- Schedule and location:
- Onsite: Must be willing to work in the morning or mid-shift schedule
- WFH: Must be willing to work on any schedule
- A Certified Public Accountant Board Passer
- Excellent communication Skills & Oral and Written
- Microsoft Office proficiency specifically Excel (generating reports and books)
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience
- Experienced in general accounting tasks such as producing financial statements, work papers, and financial analysis
