Senior Accountant

Qualifications

Requirements are:

• Proficient at recording data in Quickbooks (at least 2 years exp w/ QBO, QBO ProAdvisor included)
• Understands prepaids, accruals, revenue recognition (GAAP)
• Experienced in month-end close, recurring bookkeeping and project bookkeeping
• Need high level of attention to detail- I am better with creative strategy than I am with detail, so need someone to counter that.

Would be great if:

• Proficient at Excel (donít need an excel wizard, but do need someone who can export/import data and manipulate it in excel as needed)
• History working with payroll in QBO, Gusto, Paychex, and others
• Experience using dropbox, Monday.com, miscrosoft office, square/payment processors
• Proficient at job-costing and/or construction bookkeeping, restaurant bookkeeping
• A certification (certified bookkeeper, public/chartered accountant) is great but not necessary
