Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work cross-functionally between operations, client success, and customers to ensure:
- Timely and accurate asset reconciliation between what a customer sends and what Sprout receives.
- Report/resolve discrepancies
- Produce required customer-facing reporting.
- Own and improve the day-to-day customer asset receipt and confirmation process to drive customer success and asset management confidence.
- Drive process excellence and consistency across all of Sproutís physical locations
- Excellent execution of customer requirements to ensure customer success.
- Responsible for executing the reconciliation of Sproutís largest customer’s assets through systematically matching customer and Sprout data sets and documents.
- Work within and master our highest-profile customer systems to drive program success.
- Identify patterns and problem areas, and implement effective solutions to increase efficiency
- Represent, educate, and perpetuate Sproutís values and culture through our operations execution team and the company.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
This position requires an individual to be highly organized, have keen attention to detail, and have the flexibility to work cross-functionally to ensure customer, Sprout, and people success. We are looking for the perpetual optimizer, someone who is never satisfied with the status quo, and who challenges himself/herself and others to chase operational excellence.
- Advanced Excel, Data Analysis, and Decision Analytics capabilities
- 2+ years in an operations environment working with data.
- Have exceptional ability with process and work instruction execution.
- Be motivated to creatively solve complex, ambiguous problems in a dynamic, fast-face environment
- Be rigorously disciplined and hold himself/herself and others fully accountable to exceed committed expectations
- Be an excellent communicator and self-confident in articulating his/her fact-based opinions to not just the operations vertical but sales, HR, finance, and IT as well
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI)
Screening Criteria
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- At least 2 years exp as reporting and data analyst
- 2+ years in an operations environment working with data.
- Advanced Excel, Data Analysis, and Decision Analytics capabilities (can do data manipulation, pivot, advance formulas)
