Responsibilities
- Meeting with department leaders and team members to assess and/or document existing processes.
- Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performing risk assessments.
- Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
- Collaborating with IT and development team to ensure that systems are developed to specification.
- Leads the change management process for process changes and system deployments
- Ensuring processes comply with safety, quality, and security standards.
- Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
- Performing optimization tests.
- Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
- Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
- Providing the department leaders with process documents and standard operating procedures.
- Monitoring systems upgrades.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a process engineer/business analyst for at least 2 years
- Experience and understanding of change management.
- Experience with process automation and standard operating procedures.
- Experience in process engineering of software systems
- Experience working with process engineering tools (CAD, AUTOCAD, VISIO, etc)
- Advanced technical skills
- Analytical thinker
