Healthcare Support Specialist 3

Responsibilities

Reception role & Answering Phones and triaging calls/forwarding calls to staff, Checking Voicemail, Digitally sending records request responses, Scheduling Office Appointments, Calling patients that are already scheduled to verify they will be coming to their appointment, etc.

Majority:

  • Appt reminder calls
  • Answering Large Volume Inbound Phone Calls and answering questions and directing calls
  • Medical records requests in and outbound
  • Referral tracking

Qualifications

  • Great attention to details
  • someone familiar with Medical language/terminology,
  • fluency in English/spoken communication,
  • HIIPA Compliance Certification.

Screening Criteria

  • MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
  • At least 1 year exp handling phone calls
  • Must be familiar with medical terminologies
