Responsibilities
- Lead all talent acquisition and talent retention strategies of the company.
- Collaborates with the upper management to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Measures key recruitment and human resource metrics, like source of hire, time-to-hire, cost-to-hire, employee satisfaction, and employee retention.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Lead all sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future job openings, and Participate and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company.
- Develops and implements recruitment and HR budgets
- Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) and talent management system.
- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and occupational health and safety.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferably HR or Psychology
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in managerial capacity
- 5+ years experience in leading a Recruitment organization
- 3+ years experience in leading an HR organization
- Experience in project and change management.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Screening Criteria
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- Bachelorís Degree in any field preferably HR or Psychology
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in managerial capacity
- 5+ years experience in leading a Recruitment organization
- 3+ years experience in leading an HR organization
