Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and brand recognition
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Manage the company’s brand and ensure that it is properly represented in all marketing efforts
- Manage the company’s content and SEO campaigns to continuously improve organic traffic and domain authority.
- Manage the company’s presence across B2B review sites such as: Clutch, G2, Best Reviews
- Manage the company’s public relations efforts and submissions for industry awards and recognitions.
- Lead company content strategy with initiatives like White Papers, Podcasts, Webinars, and blog posts.
- Develop and implement digital marketing paid AD campaigns on Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, recruiting, and operations to develop marketing materials that support their goals
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives
- Communicate marketing plans and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing a marketing budget and allocating resources effectively
- Experience managing PPC and SEO campaigns
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through marketing efforts
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing automation software and other marketing tools
- Experience in the business process outsourcing industry a plus.
Screening Criteria
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- 3+ years experience managing and analyzing Business-to-Business (B2B) Pay Per Click (PPC ) campaigns.
- 3+ years experience managing Search Engine Optimization(SEO) and content initiatives.
- 5+ years experience driving overall marketing strategy and executing successful new marketing initiatives.
