Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Operations Team and own a specific set of data entry tasks required to properly manage an account.
  • Work closely with Admin Support Specialists and Customer Success Managers
  • Fill in document fields.
  • Upload documents.
  • Perform tasks in an accurate manner.

Qualifications

  • Can speak English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to pay close attention to details.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Screening Criteria

MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
