Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Operations Team and own a specific set of data entry tasks required to properly manage an account.
- Work closely with Admin Support Specialists and Customer Success Managers
- Fill in document fields.
- Upload documents.
- Perform tasks in an accurate manner.
Qualifications
- Can speak English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to pay close attention to details.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
