Responsibilities
- Compiles and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts to ledgers or computer spreadsheets and databases.
- Audits invoices against purchase orders, research discrepancies, and approves for payment.
- Reviews checks, account statements, reports, and other records for accuracy
- Reconciles bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Compiles cost reports, revenue, and balance sheet
- Prepares quarterly and monthly sales tax filings
- Assists employees and customers with questions related to their accounts
- Accounts payable and receivables

Qualifications
- 1+ years experience with QuickBooks or related bookkeeping accounting software
- 1+ years in the accounting field
- Sufficient skills in Microsoft Office programs

Screening Criteria
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- 1+ years experience with QuickBooks or related bookkeeping accounting software
- 1+ years in the accounting field -has experience in the reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger account
