Accounting Associate


  • Full charge bookkeeping (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, Inventory)
  • Prepare financial and job costing reports
  • Prepare supporting schedules and reconcile general ledger
  • Special projects as needed


  • Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Timberline or comparable)
  • Understand job costing, accounting cycles, cash flow management, GAAP
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Positive team player, level-headed, motivated and hard working

Screening Criteria

  • At least 1 year exp in AR/AP role, experience in bookkeeping, AR, AP, General ledger, Payroll cash flow management, GAAP
